Second day of the Leaders Conference 2019 in Hurghada, Egypt - Irina Ilina
The next training, titled "Installing Success", was conducted by Irina Ilina - Psychologist-Trainer, Personal Development and Family Relations Counselor, IAC Certified Counselor Specialist in the program “Psychology of 3rd Millennium”.

Success is the main feeling that brings happiness to life and that emotion comes from within. In general, we are all united in our expectations and desires: we want to love and to be loved, we want health for ourselves and for our loved ones, we want mutual understanding and prosperity.

When we benefit people, then success is inevitable. When we help people, we not only do well, we automatically improve our lives. True success comes when our dreams, goals, and actions coincide with our values and our personal mission.

Our success always evokes strong positive emotions. And these feelings are a source of energy for us to move on. We are inspired, we are in a good mood, and we feel that everything depends on us, then we are responsible, persistent, and purposeful, we take the initiative in our hands and we are steadily approaching the goal.

And this is only a small part of the energy and information that Irina Ilina gave us through her educational training.

We are very thankful to Mrs. Irina for offering her valuable insights and knowledge that filled people from the DEHolding team with real creative goals!
