5 exercises that can save your vision - Part 1️⃣
It doesn't matter if you're working on a computer, sitting on your phone, or just watching TV - find some time to take a break and your eyes will thank you.
Here are five exercises that will save your vision if you do them regularly.

We also recommend including the program "Healthy eyesight" on the DeVita Ritm device in your exercise routine, which reduces eye strain, fatigue and pain.

1.    Activation of the retina.

Stand close to a natural light source. Relax your arms, put your feet at shoulder width, and turn your face toward the light.
The exercise is carried out slowly! Lift the left heel slightly and turn to the right. The light source should be on the left. Return to the starting position along the same trajectory. After that, turn to the left.
Perform these rotations for at least 20 times, ideally until there are 4-5 "flashes" in your eyes. This will indicate that the retina has reached maximum activation.

2.    Palming.

Perform the exercise immediately after activating the retina! The light source should be behind you.
Put your palms on your closed eyes. Fingers of the hands should be crossed; the nose is under the little fingers. The eyes should be under the hollows of the palms. It is important to relax before the exercise. Do the exercise sitting down, with your elbows on the table.
Next, imagine your eyes getting prettier. Stare into the darkness and imagine something that brings peace and pleasure. Continue until your eyes relax and those "flashes" disappear.
