Equally important is water. It is located inside our brain, heart, lungs, skin, muscles, bones, internal organs and is essential for most of our body processes.

3. Your thoughts.
Negative emotions and thoughts can destroy the body from within, especially if such feelings and thoughts arise constantly.

4. Physical activity.
For a healthy life, we also need exercise, otherwise the risk of many diseases gets higher, especially with a sedentary lifestyle.

5. The presence of essential vitamins and minerals in the body.
Finding high quality fruits and vegetables in the store is already a problem. Not to mention that for healthy functioning, our body needs not only these, but also many other macro and micronutrients.
