Hydrogen is explosive.

Truth.
In the dissolved state, hydrogen is completely harmless. The element is explosive only in gaseous state.

Myth 5.
Hydrogen-rich water is an affordable luxury.

Truth.
It does not make sense to buy hydrogenated bottled water, as hydrogen evaporates from the water over time, and once you have the enriched water in your hands, no hydrogen will remain in it.

There are large static plants for the production of hydrogen water, but they are very expensive.
