The basic rules of a Healthy Day

Each of our days positively or negatively affects the duration and quality of our lives. Therefore: εὖ ζῆν = healthy day = long life.

1. Think positive.
First of all, our lives are shaped by our beliefs, which means that by consciously approaching different situations, you will become more harmonious, healthier and more beautiful.

2. Get enough sleep.
It is enough for an adult to sleep for about 7 hours, you must fall asleep until midnight.

3. Exercise.
In the morning, by performing basic sports exercises, we prepare our body for the whole day, relieve drowsiness and reach a healthy state.

4. Eat right.
It is important to follow a proper diet. The number of meals per day should not exceed 3-4 and for each meal it is recommended to spend at least 30 minutes.

5. Let go of bad habits.
It can be difficult; however, a healthy lifestyle and disastrous habits are not compatible.

By observing and applying the basics, it is easy to quickly and accurately achieve your own well-being and longevity.
