5 exercises that can save your vision – Part 2️⃣
It doesn't matter if you're working on a computer, sitting on your phone, or just watching TV - find some time to take a break and your eyes will thank you.
Here are five exercises that will save your vision if you do them regularly.

3.    Gaze following.

Control with visualization.
Imagine a butterfly sitting on the ceiling. And give it a flight path.
Let the butterfly from the ceiling start moving toward your eyebrows, keeping your eyes on it. After the butterfly is on the wall, then sits on your nose. Next, the butterfly's trajectory starts from the floor and heads toward your lower lip. Blink your eyes and repeat all the trajectories six more times.

4.    Fixed Observation.

While in the room, go to the window and select one of the objects. For example, a tree. Start looking at the subject more closely. Then select an individual branch on the tree and start looking at it. Then choose a single leaf and focus your gaze on it.

5.    Combination.

Draw a rectangle of maximum size in the air. You can start from any corner and go in any direction.
For example, the first point may be at the top left. Next, move your gaze up to the right, drop to the lower right corner, draw an imaginary horizontal line and return to the starting position. After that, draw the figure in the opposite direction.
