Habits that prolong life
I wish to live a healthy and active life as long as possible. Enjoy every day.

It’s great that everyone can achieve it. It's enough to introduce a few healthy habits into your daily routine:

✅ Get enough sleep. Lack of sleep seriously harms your health and weakens your body. Therefore, you need to sleep at least 7-8 hours a night.

✅ Eat regularly and properly. It is important not to skip meals, eat often, but in small portions, do not overeat before going to bed.

✅ Avoid stress. Any negative emotions can disrupt important processes in the body. Beware of this.

✅ Take a day off. Take one day a week to devote only to pleasurable activities and relaxation!

✅ Train your mind. Learn something new every day. Strive for new knowledge and development.

And most importantly - be sure to monitor the status of your body!
