Healthy joints
I wish I could stay young, flexible longer and ... without cracking❗

But what if you start to hear cracks in the knees or pain in the wrists every day?
Or, even worse, you can't go a day without cracking your fingers?

First of all, you need to understand the causes of the cracking. There are many reasons:
✔️ Lack of moisture in the body
✔️ Injuries and joint diseases
✔️ Infectious diseases
✔️ Sedentary lifestyle

The causes of the cracking can also be being overweight, excessive exercise, and even a metabolic disorder!

It is equally important to pay attention to the place where the crack occurs. For example, the cracking in the cervical spine may indicate a sedentary lifestyle. But the cracking in the fingers can be a sign of dangerous diseases such as arthritis or osteoarthritis.

How to get rid of such an unpleasant situation❓

Here are a few tips:
✔️Drink enough fluids.
✔️Move more.
✔️Incorporate moderate physical activity into your lifestyle.
✔️Eliminate unhealthy habits. Excessive coffee consumption or smoking can accelerate the destruction of joints.

For joint problems, I also recommend using the new DeMatrix "Healthy Joints" bio-corrective pendant. It has an analgesic effect, reduces the load on the musculoskeletal system and strengthens the connective tissue.

And remember, even a harmless cracking can lead to serious consequences.
Listen to your body and take action on time❗
