Happiness and health are inseparable things and, fortunately, we can easily manage both. Therefore, today I will talk about an important feature of our body, having studied how we can better understand it.

This is the hormonal program.

Hormones are called "regulators of life." They control our mood and our emotions; they participate in all the processes of the body.

For each hormone there is an exact activation and working time. By knowing these specific hours, you can significantly improve your health and quality of life.

Here are some tips to help you plan your day effectively:

Waking up before 6:00 in the morning, SEROTONIN - the hormone of happiness - is produced.

6:00 a.m. - CORTISOL level increases - the hormone that prepares our body for an active day. During this time our logic works best. The best time to plan the day and think about complex tasks.

By drinking 700 ml of water in the morning and doing exercises, we rinse the hormones of STRESS.

7:00 a.m. - MELATONIN ceases to be produced, making room for the following hormones. Further sleep has no value for the body.

8:00 a.m. - The activity passes to steroids - hormones, of which our muscular framework consists. A good time for exercise, stretching, fitness.

10:00 a.m. - 14:00 p.m. - DHEA peak - the main neurohormone responsible for memory and attention. This time period is more suitable for mental activity.
