Continuing the theme of the hormonal program, I write about the second half of our day and the behaviour of hormones at night.

14:00 - 16:00 - peak of GROWTH HORMONE - the hormone of beauty and longevity. During this time, it is very helpful to sleep for about 15 or 20 minutes and as growth hormone is responsible for the amount of muscle tissue, it is ideal to do some stretching after a light sleep.

from 17:00 - CORTISOL starts to decrease. Other important decisions for the rest of the day must be cancelled.

21:00 - the beginning of the production of MELATONIN. Body temperature decreases slightly, the body relaxes, there is a need for comfort, and it’s time to harmonize your condition.

22:00 - the pituitary gland secretes opiate hormones with drug effect - these are the ENDORFINES. The stress of the day is over, the body is ready to restart. The value of sleep from 22:00 to 4:00 is the highest. Lack of sleep during this time is fatal to all of our body's recovery processes.

2:00 – the GROWTH HORMONE acts again. Thanks to this, we can "fly in a dream", while at the same time restoring our youth and beauty.

According to these simple rules, we are able to improve our well-being, and with constant health care, a long and happy life will be inevitable for all of us!
