UPDATED PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
Dear Partners,
This summer, Deta Elis Holding's evolution in the international arena was greater than the most optimistic of us imagined, and the company's development exceeded all expectations. The rise in the company's turnover in Germany, Australia, Latvia, Austria and many Arabic countries, as well as the new teams that continue to emerge in many countries and regions, encourages us to look into the future with great optimism. And of course to take steps to continue and defend the explosive development.

In this context and in order to always be consistent with our product deliveries, we announce the company's product delivery policy, which will be posted on the company's official website.

Greece and Cyprus: delivery within 1 - 3 business days, after the order has been completed (as soon as the payment appears on the company's accounts, the order is executed in the system by the partner and the company has full delivery address details).

European Union: Delivery within 3 - 5 business days after the order has been completed (as soon as the payment appears on the company's accounts, the order is executed in the system by the partner and the company has full delivery address details).

Transatlantic Deliveries (overseas): 5-7 business days after the order has been completed (as soon as the payment appears on the company's accounts, the order is executed in the system by the partner and the company has full delivery address details).

In the unlikely event that a product falls into a temporary shortage, the company will immediately inform the estimated time of arrival and delivery of the product to the partners.

In the event of special circumstances of force majeure (such as withholding of the devices at customs, mediation of official holidays, need of re-programming the dispatched devices), the delivery time will be tailored and the company will inform partners and customers accordingly.

Lastly, we are pleased to inform you that the Service department in Athens will also be operational from September 1st. Please let your partners know. We wish everyone more success in the future.
